Mavis Jugadai Napaltjarri was born in the desert west of Kintore into an artistic family - her mother is the internationally recognised artist Narputa Nangala, her father was Timmy Tjungurrayi Jugadai and her older sister is the equally talented and recognised artist, Molly Napaltjarri Jugadai. Mavis paints in the traditional iconic style and her bold brushwork and strong sense of design feature prominently in all her paintings. Her Dreamings consist mainly of spirit trees, bush tucker, her country and women’s ceremony. Her works have been extensively exhibited and collected by discerning art lovers around the world.

Stretcheing and/or framing can be organised on request once you have purchased your piece, pricing starts at around 1/3 of the artwork price (on average).

This process generally takes around 3-4 weeks.

Framing options are Tasmanian Oak, White or Black painted pine.
